CÔNG NGHỆ MÀNG MBR KOCH - USA

Koch Membrane Systems Offers Puron MBR Hollow Fiber Ultrafiltration Membrane Bioreactor

Koch Membrane Systems, Inc. (KMS), a world-class developer and manufacturer of innovative membranes and membrane filtration systems, announces its PURON® MBR ultrafiltration membrane bioreactor series. PURON MBR is an ideal solution for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment looking to reduce energy, minimize downtime, and increase flux in a cost efficient manner.

The PURON MBR single header design is the technology of choice for wastewater treatment plants. This patented module features reinforced PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) hollow fibers that are fixed only at the bottom, virtually eliminating the buildup of hair and fibrous materials that typically clog the upper ends of other modules. Solids and particulates, including bacteria, remain on the outside, while permeate is drawn through the membrane to the inside of the fibers.

PURON MBR systems have one of the lowest energy demands of comparable products on the market, and the robust braided membrane fibers of the modules lead to minimal downtime and breakage. As part of the PURON line, PURON MBR modules feature the aeration nozzle in the center of the fiber bundle, scouring the entire length of the fibers and minimizing power consumption. PURON MBR modules provide the best possible solids management with reduced power demands and little downtime.
